What diet is best?

My diet isn't very good. I buy snacks for energy, skipping proper meals, getting hungry, then buying fast foods. i know it's going to cause my health problems with unhealth fats, carbs and sugar.

I need a diet to follow, ther are just so many. Vegetarian, fruitarian, lacto vegetarianism, vegan, ketogenic, pescatarian. who is right?? obvs the followers of fruitarian say they're right and same with vegan and all.

In my opinion, Keto is the best diet with proper use of fruits.

Never too much of one food. Always moderation for meals. Too many carbohydrates cause sleepiness and constipation and too much sugar will gain weight. Salt increases fluid retention.

You want balance of carb, sugar, good fat and only small portion salt.

I think diets don't work in my opinion. Just have something balanced and that should do the trick.

A diet that fully relies on low calorie nutritious foods causes sleep issues. Not fun when your energy levels go through the roof and you're pinging against the walls at night. Last meal of the day should involve carbohydrates, vegetables and protein to give you a better night sleep. Taking a multi-vitamin first thing in the morning helps with deficiencies. Having adequate zinc and magnesium is equally important. Honestly, I rather have high calorie dense foods with good fats (not junk food) and exercise more to counteract the higher calorie intake.
