Hey, does anyone drink it?

I'm a big fan of Kombucha but not the price £1.95 for only a 279ml bottle.

Should I try brewing it myself?

Yeah, it's nicer alternative to ginger beer. Brewing it would be a lot of work but if you drink heaps it'll come out costing less.

That's what I was thinking I drink it everyday. It's easier than I thought to make 3L.

3 litres boiled water (filtered if possible)

5 black or green tea bags or the equivalent in loose-leaf tea

1 cup white or raw sugar

1 kombucha scoby (see below)

1 cup kombucha liquid from a previous batch
