I know! a lot of versus but I'm keen to know the answer. Just discovered that the almond milk I've been drinking in my coffees and smoothies is low in protein. Can't say that I'm happy about that - even though I love the taste over coconut milk i understand how there may not be the perfect solution.

Rice I haven't tried and soy I was told contains a plant estrogen.

Too difficult to pick one milk over another! (As there's almond coconut milk blends and rice almond blends that offer the benefits of both.) In Australia So Good sell almond coconut.Have your tried any of those blends at all?

Youre right a blend sounds like a much better option - a bit of both I guess.
No I haven't tried that brand before.

Coconut and almond milks taste weird in coffee. Rice milk I can handle. Still nothing beats real milk.

Once, I tried coffee with almond milk and lavender syrup. That sounds great to me, but it turned out that was the worst coffee in my life.
