This is an interesting find: The Stagg EKG+ Electric Kettle with variable temperature control and Bluetooth connectivity. Priced at $199 it has a precision pour spout, LCD screen, 60-minute hold mode, a brew stopwatch, and a small, minimalist base. There's also connectivity to an app.
